Spicy Ginger Wellness Shot – the perfect shot to keep you moving!
Ingredients
- 2.5 inches fresh turmeric
- 3 inches 3 inches fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- cayenne
Instructions
- Juice lemons (rind on), turmeric and ginger in a juicer.
- Pour into serving glasses, top with cayenne, drink immediately & enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Note 1: This shot is sour – if you’re looking to sweeten it, add an apple to the juicer section or honey to the serving glasses!
Note 2: If you don’t have a juicer, add 1/2 cup water, blend and use a mesh cloth to strain into glasses.
